EDUARDO PERSON PARDINI

Professional with over 35 years experience in business management in Brazil and abroad. He served as Controller, Director of Internal Audit and Chief Financial Officer in several domestic and multinational companies, from various economic sectors. Deep experience in management business in Brazil, Latin America, USA and Europe. Startups projects, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, operational audit, internal control, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, business recovery program, and implementation of management systems are some of the activities that make up his portfolio experiences. He has degree in Accounting, with Latu Senso in Advanced Finance from the Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas de Sâo Paulo - Fundação Alvares Penteado. Held several courses in Brazil and in the United States in executive education in strategic direction, fraud and corruption, risk management and people management. He is a lecturer and professor for Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management. Speaker and instructur for auditing and CIA certification courses for the Institute of Internal Auditors of Brazil and also instructur for Internal controls and CICS certification courses for the Internal Control Institute in Brazil.


RUBENS PARDINI

Master of Accounting and Financial Sciences from the Catholic University of São Paulo, with extensive experience in accounting and tax matters obtained in more than 40 years working as an accountant, controller and consultant for companies such as Price Waterhouse, Procomp, Maksoud Plaza and others. Strong performance as a teacher and currently as Professor tutor of the Getulio Vargas Foundation Courses EAD, and also professor in the Course of Accounting and Business Administration from Universidade Paulista - UNIP. Responsible for diagnostic projects in accounting and tax accounting and corporate restructuring advice in public accounting, economic evaluation and participation in processes as assistant expert.

Consulting partner based in Curitiba, being our focal point for the southern region. It is professional in the field of Information Technology with a strong background in business analysis and development of information systems using traditional project management methodologies (PMBOK) and Agile. Specialist in Business Process Management from UFRJ and extensive knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) is experienced in survey projects, diagnosis and process improvement in the structuring and implementation of PMO, IT Service Management project (ITIL) . Strong knowledge of frameworks of good practice as BABOK (Business Analysis), BPM CBOK, ITIL and COBIT (IT Governance), working on content development for corporate training and graduate in these areas and also coordinate the development of courses / corporate events. Marcos De Martino

Professional with over 30 years experience in the Information Technology area having served over 15 years as a manager in national and international projects. Solid experience in the area of development management and maintenance activities of the business support systems. Extensive knowledge in various operational areas of retail, manufacturing consumer products, medical, hospital, pharmaceutical and aerospace. Bachelor in Business Administration with specialization in Organization and Methods for the School of Business Administration - ESAN-SP and specialization in Strategic Information Technology Management from FGV-RJ. Several trainings in Brazil and the United States on methodologies for project management and IT services as ITIL - COBIT - CMMI - PMI - Scrum - ISO - Sarbanes-Oxley, the Brazilian Tax System.


Patricia Bonezi, MsC

Formed in Technology Data Processing from Mackenzie University, Post Graduate in Solution Development Paulista University and Master in Computer Engineering - emphasis Networks IPT. Manager of technology infrastructure projects in high-availability environments. Telecom management teams / networks and information security, implementing network projects and safety, risk analysis in the IT environment, and participation in information security advice. More than 20 years of experience in governance and management of IT services - based on ITIL best practices and CobIT. Manages projects and teams in systems development WEB Platform (Methodologies: RUP and SCRUM), the financial segment and Communications.
